Ideal Candidates:

This opportunity is ideal for LMSW/LCSWs who want to:

  • Gain private practice experience while continuing supervision

  • Advance their clinical skills in CBT

  • Accrue clinical hours in a structured private setting

  • Expand their knowledge of CBT techniques

Requirements:

Applicants Must:

  • Hold an LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC license in New York

  • Commit to a minimum of 3 years with Collaborative CBT

  • Have education, training, and experience in CBT

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Be available for at least one weekend day and evening sessions

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in assessment, treatment planning, and providing psychotherapy

  • Be organized and timely with documentation and communication

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience and licensure (full-time staff may qualify for pay increases or salaried options)

  • Paid sick leave and vacation based on hours worked

  • Professional development stipend (Full-time: $500/year)
