Clients can expect a warm, inviting environment that centers their lived experience, values, and goals. You are the expert in your own life and I will work alongside you to build insight, perspective, and practical tools that support meaningful change. Creating a space grounded in authenticity and curiosity is central to my work, allowing clients to reflect openly and without judgment. Together, we explore patterns, habits, and coping strategies that may have been helpful at one point but are no longer serving your current needs.
