    • NYC school-based programs serving teenagers, including LGBTQ+ youth

    • Community mental health clinics supporting clients coping with HIV, substance use, and trauma-related concerns

    She’s also a seasoned supervisor and educator — having supervised MSW interns, and taught CBT courses at Boston University.

  • As the backbone of Collaborative CBT, Jess not only leads the practice but guides clinicians through a structured, strength-based supervision model grounded in CBT principles. Her group fosters professional growth with a supportive team environment and ongoing opportunities for learning. She has worked with her team to solidify their credentials in CBT and provide the best care to their clients.
