She completed internships working with high school students from underserved communities and with children and families at Astor Services for Children & Families, where she gained experience in evidence-based care and family systems work.

In addition to her clinical training, Yael has worked for many years as a parenting coach, guiding families through transitions such as welcoming a first child or adjusting to life with multiple children. She emphasizes emotional regulation, resilience, and practical, research-informed strategies that help families thrive.

Yael also brings a unique perspective as a certified fitness trainer. Her work in this area focuses on cultivating a healthy mindset as the foundation for physical and emotional well-being. Whether supporting youth, adults, or groups, she helps clients strengthen self-confidence, deepen somatic awareness, and take a holistic approach to health that nurtures both body and mind.
