Audrey Jaynes creates a warm and empowering space where clients can explore the connections between their thoughts, behaviors, and emotional well-being. Through both CBT and ACT, she helps individuals build self-awareness, develop resilience, and make values-based choices that lead to a more centered and fulfilling life.

  • Audrey is a graduate of New York University’s Silver School of Social Work, where she learned and applied a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness and the therapeutic arts. She received her bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies from Brown University, where she learned how policy and practice impact the health and well-being of communities, families and individuals.

  • Audrey has extensive non-profit experience supporting adolescents facing adversity, trauma, self-injury, suicidality, anxiety, and depression.

    Prior to becoming a therapist, Audrey worked in several non-profit settings; most recently, Audrey focused on supporting social emotional growth in adolescents with a history of adversity and trauma, who were facing mental health struggles ranging from self-injury and suicidality to anxiety and depression.

    Throughout her career, Audrey has come to understand the power of intention and mindset, and the incredible value of supportive relationships in helping people move through life’s various challenges and growth opportunities.
