Getting Started with Therapy:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based approach that connects our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By identifying unhelpful thought patterns and practicing new strategies, you can shift how you feel, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

It varies. Some clients see progress in just a few weeks; others explore deeper or multiple goals. We'll co-create treatment goals and check your progress together. When you’re ready, we'll talk about “graduating” from therapy and maintaining progress, often with optional booster sessions later.

Reflect on what brings you in or what you'd like to feel differently. Therapy is most effective when you bring curiosity and openness. Together, we'll shape your path forward with practical skills and clarity.

Sessions typically begin with a mood check-in, followed by establishing an agenda, exploring patterns, practicing new strategies, and ending with actionable steps to try before your next appointment.

Our standard session rate ranges from $185$300 for individual and $215-375 for couples/family sessions, depending on clinician experience. Should you need a sliding scale rate, please see below.

We accept Zelle and credit cards (a processing fee applies). Payment is due at the time of your session, and a card must be on file.

We try to make therapy affordable for everyone. We have a limited amount of sliding scale spots for individuals experiencing financial hardship and cannot afford our full rates. Please reach out to us directly to apply.
Scheduling & Cancellations:

We request at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. If you cancel late (less than 48 hours in advance), you'll be responsible for the full session fee as that time is yours.
We understand life happens, and offer a one-time courtesy waiver for extenuating circumstances so talk to your clinician if this situation arises. If schedules allow, we will also try to reschedule within the same week at no extra charge.
